Cancellations:
Please inform us as soon as possible should you need to change a scheduled appointment so that we can accommodate other patients. A $35 cancellation fee will regrettably be charged to your account for each missed or cancelled appointment without 24 hour notice. All surgical appointments require a deposit at the time of scheduling which may become non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled without 48 hour notice.
